1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Humd website, enterprise dashboard, or ordering branded products and corporate gifts through Humd (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
2. The Service
Humd provides an online platform for sourcing, customizing, ordering, and arranging delivery of branded merchandise, corporate gifts, and print products, fulfilled through a network of vetted vendors. Product mockups, delivery timelines, and pricing shown on the platform are estimates that may be refined once an order is confirmed.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in AED and may vary by quantity, customization, and delivery method. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which Humd may accept or decline (for example if a product is unavailable in the requested quantity). Enterprise accounts may be offered Net-30 or other payout-cycle billing terms as agreed with Humd; all other orders are payable at checkout. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any design proof before production begins — once production starts, changes may not be possible.
4. Delivery
Estimated dispatch and delivery windows (e.g. "48h Fast Dispatch") are targets, not guarantees, and can be affected by customization complexity, vendor capacity, or delivery address. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery to the address provided at checkout.
5. Cancellations & Returns
Because most products are custom-branded to order, orders generally cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started. Non-customized, unopened items may be eligible for return within a reasonable period — contact us before returning anything.
6. Intellectual Property
Any logo, artwork, or design you upload remains your property; by uploading it you grant Humd a license to reproduce it solely for producing and previewing your order. The Humd name, logo, and platform content are the property of Humd and may not be used without permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload artwork you do not have the rights to use, and not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Humd may suspend or decline orders that infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Humd's liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Humd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these terms or use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
